Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from PSCA. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact Customer Care at events@psca.org.
Cancellation Refund Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2019. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 1, 2019. Submit all requests to events@psca.org. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating any contact information and payment of any balance.
Badges
Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and on-site materials at the Registration Desk during conference hours. If you do not check in at the conference Registration Desk to pick up your badge, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendees’ badges/materials.
